I'm not sure what you mean by "fantasy designs", but Amazon has 25 Beaded Knits: Fun Projects and Fashionable Designs to Wear Using Beads, Buttons, and Sequins and Bead & Sequin Embroidery Stitches available. Perhaps one of these books will be helpful.

Silk organza, sewn in by hand, is often quoted as the best option for interfacing in sequined fabrics. However, you should not fuse anything to these fabrics because your sequins will likely melt.
