LoveToKnow Crafts does not sell Tulip Fabric Spray Paint, we are an informational site only. However, I believe Tulip paint wouldn't be a good choice for your project anyway. Constant exposure to sun and water would probably fade the color too quickly. I think you're going to need to replace the carpet on your boat.

have 16 ft water ski boat with red indoor/outdoor carpeting that is fading from sun and wear. Could I use your product to improve the color by spraying on dye or paint? Wich of your products would you recomend, and where can I get it?

It's been awhile since I've done any fabric painting, but I don't believe that paint requires a special medium. I think you can use it directly from the bottle. The only thing to keep in mind is that it needs to dry at least 72 hours before you wash it.

I have some old bottles of Tulip Glitter fabric paint. to be used on fabrics directly from the bottle through a small spout. What kind of medium do you use to move & set this glitter in. is there a thinerI can use ?
