Hi, as the owner of Mold Market, I was quite surprised to not see our company listed under the Cources for soap molds. Our molds are made of clear 4 mil plastic which is more durable than plastic used by other manufacturers of clear molds. We have a number of superior distributors carrying our mold line. Ice trays, custard dishes, tart tins, and frozen ice-treat containers can be used as homemade soap molds. To make sure your soap doesn't stick to the mold, simply spray the surface with cooking oil before adding your glycerin.

I want to use something I already have to make glycerine soap molds. What might work that I have here at home? Am I also supposed to oil the mold to make it come out in one piece? Thank you
