Melissa,
It's difficult to find sports logo patterns because of copyright restrictions. Calling someone at the campus bookstore or in the sports marketing department might be the best way to learn if a pattern is available.

I've never seen patterns you can directly purchase, but Askville has instructions for how to turn your favorite team logo into a crochet pattern.

Unfortunately, I know of no such resource for this type of pattern. Aside from simply using the school colors in the blanket of your choice, my best suggestion would be to contact someone at the school's bookstore or a representative for a craft shop near the college. These people are often quite knowledgeable about the products that are available with their university logos.
