I've only dabbled in candle making before, but I believe you'll have better results trying to make chunk candles from paraffin wax. Soy wax has a lower melter temperature and a softer consistency that makes it difficult to work with for chunk candle making.

I have tried on several attempts to make soy chunks but they always stick and fall apart when I cut them. What am I doing wrong?
