I came across this craft the other day. I am going to try it with my younger granddaughter using flowers from the garden. Once the fabric is colored we’ll make a little pillow for her dolls.Preschool Rock |

Think this works with flowers that are kind of dying? I am a terrible gardener, so I have a bunch of flowers in my yard that aren’t in very good shape. (They came with the house when we brought it—I’m not crazy enough to actually plant my own flowers!) |

HI Dana - I think if they are not completely dead it should work as long as they have some color and left in them. Let me know if you decide to try it. |

This does seem like a neat idea, especially now since the spring flowers are starting to die. It would be a fun way to make use of them long after they’re gone. Although my allergies would prevent me from using this on pillow cases, at least not ones that I’d be using myself. |
